Mark Arndt

My name is Mark Arndt and I am a freshman studying Ag. Business and Animal Science. I grew up in Janesville, Wisconsin, on our family farm raising beef cattle and growing various crops. On campus Iam involved in several clubs including Saddle and Sirloin, Collegiate FarmBureau, and the National Agri-Marketing Association.

I joined AGR to be around a group of people that have similar experiences and goals. From the minute I stepped into the house, I knew I had found a community like no other on campus. In my short time here at AGR I have already made memories and connections that will last my whole life. My favorite AGR memories are winter formal and our Kentucky barbeque trip. However, it's the day to day life around brothers that I will cherish the most.

I am also the Vice Noble Ruler of Planning. As our planning officer, I keep our calendar and plan several events such as Parent’s Day. The most important part of my job as VNR of Planning is being a member of the officer team. Being involved with the officer team allows me to be as involved as possible within AGR.

My advice to anyone considering joining AGR is to come over to the house. It's agreat chance to meet brothers and see what life at AGR is like. I think you’llfind a welcoming community with tremendous opportunity for social and professional development!
