Join AGR

Recruitment at AGR is an ongoing process. We are always looking for qualified men to join our fraternity. AGR prides itself on fostering brotherhood, to facilitate that we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for hazing. That means if both a qualified individual and the fraternity have a mutual interest, then they automatically become a brother. The process to become a brother is as follows:

+
Attend a recruitment event or house tour
AGR hosts recruitment events during rush and offers house tours throughout the semester. Speak to a brother to set one up!
+
Get to know the brothers and AGR’s Culture
Getting to know the current brothers and house culture will ensure that you are a good fit for our fraternity.
+
Receive an invitation
If you express interest in joining AGR, and the brothers decide you are a good fit, we will extend you an invitation to join. Accepting your invitation means agreeing to join AGR.
+
New Brother Education
After agreeing to join AGR, you will take a new member education class to learn about our values, chapter operations and opportunities for leadership growth and development

Joining AGR has positively impacted many young men’s lives. We believe that joining our fraternity will help you better yourself and allow you to make life long relationships. If you are interested in joining, reach out to any brother, or our recruitment chairs:
